"We have had 3 cleanings -- first week was good, second week not as good, third week was good. For $150 + $20 tip per session (1 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living space) I would have expected a little more attention to detail. The team responded well when I asked for more attention to detail (e.g. on the sinks/counters) and it looked better on most recent experience. The crew are very kind -- though PLEASE TAKE OFF YOUR STREET SHOES!!! It feels unacceptable to come into my home and wear your dirty shoes on my carpets."
