"Justin and Ryan arrived during the time window they provided. Both guys were very professional and completed a full two story 1800 sqft townhome in 45 minutes. The carpet looked amazing, smelled fresh, and was back to new. Thank you for the job well done."

"We called John Nash around 9 am, and he arrived at our house about 3 hours later. He explained that our carpet was delaminating, so he needed to stretch it with the tools he had in his van. We had a carpet bubbling problem, and he fixed that, too. He was here on time, diagnosed and fixed our carpet problem in about an hour. We’ll definitely use him again."

"I was agonizing over the need to replace my carpeting given the stains it had. My best friend said, "NO, get your carpet cleaned. It will be like new." I am astonished, but Superior Carpet Cleaning removed ALL stains and my 23 year old carpeting IS LIKE NEW! Tom's service is outstanding. You will never regret hiring him!"

"I am very pleased to recommend Ohana Clean LLC for carpet cleaning! Last year, Ohana cleaned our carpets (3 rooms and stairs) and I was more pleased than I ever had been with a cleaning company. I needed cleaning again (kind of an afterthought while thinking ahead to a party we’re hosting Sunday) so I tried to find their contact info. But it was to no avail. So I reached out on another company’s site asking for an appointment and quote. Then I stumbled across my business card for Ohana and had them back out today. They are very reasonably priced - and their work is superb, super, and superior to any other carpet cleaners. My 20-year-old carpet looks awesome and they got some stains out that were “iffy”. I know have them in my contacts and they have earned status as our forever carpet cleaners!! Kudos Ohana! ?? BTW I still haven’t heard from the big company I messaged."

Carpet Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can put carpet directly on concrete. However, you need to take certain precautions to ensure the success of the carpet installation. For example, you’ll need to choose a synthetic carpet pad to provide insulation and cushioning and a vapor barrier to prevent moisture from seeping into the carpet.

The type of flooring you choose for your bedroom comes down to personal preference. Many people prefer carpet over hard-surface flooring types (such as hardwood, tile, or stone) in their bedrooms because it’s warmer and cozier. Carpeting also helps muffle sound, which may benefit those who have trouble sleeping.

On the other hand, some folks prefer the look of hardwood over carpet. People with allergies might also opt for non-carpeted flooring since carpet fibers can attract dust, dander, and other allergens.

Taking carpet off stairs is an easy but multi-step process you can usually do yourself. If you have the right tools, time, and oomph to finish the job, removing carpet from stairs can be an easy-to-medium difficulty task, depending on your stairs, the type of carpet installed, and how willing you are to get your hands dirty. It’s important to review the process, gather the right tools before you begin, and follow a tutorial or directions while you work.

No, it works best under synthetic carpets in high-traffic or moisture-prone areas. Avoid using moisture barrier padding under natural fiber carpets like wool, which need air circulation. The barrier can trap the moisture against natural fibers and cause problems. Also, you can skip it in low-risk areas like upstairs guest bedrooms, where the extra protection often isn't worth the added cost.

Professional installation ensures seamless fitting, extended carpet life, and compliance with workplace standards.
