Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I was very pleased with the service I got. Not only were my ducts cleaned for the first time since 1968 (!), I learned a little more about my house in the process. Danny took the time to explain things to me as the process went along and made other observations about my house not related to duct cleaning. They were a little late to arrive, I think it was by a couple hours. I did get a phone call letting me know and when I could expect them to arrive so I could use that time wisely."

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."
