We hired RD Concrete of Askov to put in our concrete steps on 5/3/23 and they did a terrible job. For instance, risers are different heights and the stairs collect water on one side because they're uneven. They acknowledged it was an inferior job and they said they would re-do the steps. They've continually promised to come and have not shown up. They even had locates done a month ago, and then nothing. We also found they didnâ t even pull a permit with the city of Duluth. This company essentially stole our money.
