"The overall experience we had with Capital Siding Window (CSW) was fantastic! We had some hail damage from the May 2022 storm, both roofing, siding, gutters and window wraps. After speaking with our insurance company, we contacted CSW on getting the work completed. They helped find additional damage not discovered by our insurance and went above and beyond in getting all the work estimated and covered by our insurance. The communication with Jeff and Danny throughout has been excellent. The quality of the work delivered has also been excellent. Especially want to call out the siding crew - very friendly, professional, and quite obvious they take pride in their work. They look like new again after multiple coats of varnish applied & properly cured. New weather stripping installed as needed & doors are secure and properly functioning. "Despite examining it at the time of the estimate and planning to install a new sweep (with the expectation that it would wear out over time due to the odd angle of the door), they were, in fact, unable to make a new sweep fit. They did create a custom bracket and installed it to the fixed panel, securing it in place. I am disappointed with the sweep situation."
