"The overall experience we had with Capital Siding Window (CSW) was fantastic! We had some hail damage from the May 2022 storm, both roofing, siding, gutters and window wraps. After speaking with our insurance company, we contacted CSW on getting the work completed. They helped find additional damage not discovered by our insurance and went above and beyond in getting all the work estimated and covered by our insurance. The communication with Jeff and Danny throughout has been excellent. The quality of the work delivered has also been excellent. Especially want to call out the siding crew - very friendly, professional, and quite obvious they take pride in their work. "This was a fantastic experience. I called BP on a Wednesday to explain what I needed. They offered to come out that day between 3:00 and 4:00 to look at it. Mario arrived in that timeframe, measured the window and put protective tape over the crack to protect from broken glass falling out. I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work. They showed up on time and replaced both window panes in about an hour. This was beyond my expectations. Great work, timely, professional and polite. Wow. You just don’t see this very often any more."

"Despite examining it at the time of the estimate and planning to install a new sweep (with the expectation that it would wear out over time due to the odd angle of the door), they were, in fact, unable to make a new sweep fit. They did create a custom bracket and installed it to the fixed panel, securing it in place. I am disappointed with the sweep situation."
