"This was a fantastic experience. I called BP on a Wednesday to explain what I needed. They offered to come out that day between 3:00 and 4:00 to look at it. Mario arrived in that timeframe, measured the window and put protective tape over the crack to protect from broken glass falling out. I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work. They showed up on time and replaced both window panes in about an hour. This was beyond my expectations. Great work, timely, professional and polite. Wow. You just don’t see this very often any more."

"10 STARS!! 🤩 Steve did a fantastic job on multiple small projects I had. He hung a door that I had purchased to fit existing custom hinges/frame. I spoke with 3 companies that wouldn t do that work. Next, he went up a ladder to pull down the shutters we had around our windows. Little did he know that he would encounter several wasp nests along the way. He battled up and got the job done! Most importantly, he did this all with a smile on his face, showing excellent work ethic and integrity along the way. 5 Stars is not enough recognition for the work he did for me, and I will definitely be using him again!!"

"Nick is a very reliable guy, he scheduled the installation of our interior doors in advance and the job was done without any delays. He did a great job installing our interior doors in our condo. His price was very reasonable with very high quality. I was so happy with him and the job he did, that I called him again to install our baseboards and base shoes, and he did a great job as well. "Despite examining it at the time of the estimate and planning to install a new sweep (with the expectation that it would wear out over time due to the odd angle of the door), they were, in fact, unable to make a new sweep fit. They did create a custom bracket and installed it to the fixed panel, securing it in place. I am disappointed with the sweep situation."

The plan to stain the door didn’t work out so he transitioned into painting the doors without fuss or muss. He worked efficiently and stayed on his time line.
