"After 15 years in my current home, I was finally getting granite countertops. I was so excited. I went to Paramount on the advice of a friend who had used them. From the start they were very helpful. They answered any and all questions I had. I looked at multiple granite places, and I ended up selecting my granite at another business. Paramount did an excellent job coordinating the delivery of the granite to their site in a quick and efficient manner. The gentleman that came to measure our kitchen was professional and on time. Paramount allowed me to come down to the company and they put up all three slabs they were using for my kitchen and put the template of my counters, island and desktops on them. They were patient and helpful in deciding where to cut the granite to get the maximum effect I was looking for. (Lots of movement). Along the way, I made changes - edges of the granite, backsplash changes and added sinks and faucets. They patiently updated my invoice and emailed me the updates to the project within an hour every time.  I never felt they were frustrated or upset with me, and they treated me with respect. The installers were on time and professional.  They did an excellent job and I love it. I have had many compliments on them and wouldn't change a thing. "I called for an appt. on one day and they were able to come the next day. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time (no: "between noon and 4--they set a specific time of 1 pm) and got right to work. They worked quickly and were able to do what I needed, in addition to suggesting replacing the washer from the non-leaking faucet handle as well as the leaking one (made sense because it is quite old). They were not able to snake out the bathtub because of a sealed drain, but gave me the suggestion of a product to use to help the sluggishness (which isn't even sluggish any more because of the chemical that they used). Cleaned up after themselves. I do not know how much plumbers charge so I really don't know if their price was fair. It seemed like a lot to me, but, on the other hand, I am glad to have the work finished and was happy to pay such a professional company."

It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price."
