We founded this company because customers deserve great customer service. The parent company has been licensed general contractor in MN for 7 years. When the owners joined forces we felt that a name change was in order and unfortunately that comes with a new contractor’s license as well. We are happy to provide anyone our old information for them to verify that the change was not made for any dishonest reason. The founders have been in the business for many years working for companies that lacked respect and accountability. We have based our business model around maintaining both. We strive to make sure that our people are taken care of just as well as our customers. We believe in doing what’s right not the most profitable. We hope to be your one call contractor for any home repair and/or remodeling needs. We specialize in storm damage restoration and custom remodeling. Our services are offered to make sure that your home is restored to at least its "pre-damaged" condition if not better! We take the hassle out of the process. We take all the calls, appointments and paperwork associated with processing a claim. We usually put about 40-hours into every claim from start to finish in order process them properly. We are a local contractor that has put down roots here in MN. We have grown up here and are not going anywhere. Unlike many restoration companies we only work here! As a GAF Preferred contractor we can offer the lifetime warranty’s on most of the GAF lines! They have the best warranty program in the industry and that’s why we use their products! Please let us know if we can help you with either a professional property inspection or a remodeling consultation. We look forward to building a online portfolio here on angies list!

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

Most gas stoves either have a shutoff valve inside the oven drawer compartment or behind the stove wall. Cooktop shutoff valves are usually inside the base cabinet, and wall ovens usually have a shutoff valve in the cabinet below or next to the unit. Construction regulations require installing a shutoff valve within six feet of the appliance. So, if you can’t find the valve on the appliance, look around the connecting gas pipes within the six-foot radius.

If methods like hot water or a plunger don’t work on your clogged drain, you can snake your drain to dislodge the plug. This can be a messy process, taking some physical effort and additional time over the other drain-clearing options. You can purchase a drain snake at a hardware store and choose from handheld options or those attached to a drill. Just work slowly, and be ready to call a plumber if you’re unable to reach the clog from your drain or P-trap.

Yes, plumbers near you can help with frozen pipes. If you have frozen pipes that have not yet burst, a plumber can use a heat gun to thaw them before you run into a bigger problem. If you're experiencing frequently frozen pipes, plumbers can also point out where you need better insulation for your pipes or reroute lines to walls where freezing isn't an issue. If frozen pipes burst, your local plumber can repair your pipes as part of the restoration effort.

An outdoor water valve typically has a round or oval handle that you can turn to control the water flow. It may be located in a protective box or pit near the property line, where the main water line connects to your house.

Shower valves divert water between your tub spout and your showerhead, so the most common symptom of a bad valve is water coming from both fixtures simultaneously. You may also find that you can no longer switch the water back and forth between the showerhead and the tub filler if the valve is broken.
