"They did every window in the house in one day. The whole experience was fine and we didn't have any issues with the windows and they did a good job. One window in the bathroom had privacy glass, so it was a design on it that would let the light in but you couldn't see. They came out and we told them that it wasn't what we ordered. They got the right order and came back out and replaced it. That was a good deal for us and we didn't have any issues. The crew came out here and were going at such a good pace. I was helping them clean up the mess and then they would go onto the next one. I would save them time, but stayed into the evening to finish the job. They had them pre-measured, had them built, brought them out, popped out the old windows, and got the new ones slapped in. We haven't called them back for anything. We've been pretty happy with them and they've been a good product for us. We have a patio door that I tore apart. I painted it and rebuilt the wood portion of the frame. It's held up over the years, but at some point I would probably go back to Wellington because they custom built the windows and they all fitted with no issues."

"This provider did a great job and completed it in one day.   The replacement window is double paned and a large improvement over the prior window.   The "earth well"  on the outside has been redone with timbers per my request and appears to be tight and durable. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".

"Working with Brian, Pete, and everyone else I came in contact with at Hoffman Weber was fantastic. Brian helped me pick out the windows I wanted and helped me find the right financing option. Pete had to work around another company working on our building, but was so great, even though the other company was being difficult with them. Joe and his partner, who installed the windows, were wonderful in helping me do all the finishing work, even after they had completed the window installation. I absolutely love my windows!!! "I met with the salesman on May 5, signed the contract on May 7 which included a June 16 start date, July 5 finish date. The start date was changed to June 30th, then July 28. Long story short, the project was finally completed December 31. There were multiple errors, delays, and poor communication. Most of the delays were due to an out of state engineer who is not very responsive, or so I was told. I am pleased with the finished product, and the cost, but the process was grueling. As time went on the communication did improve, and the workers were very nice. I've been told by the owner that many lessons were learned during my lengthy project, which should have been done in 2 1/2 weeks according to the salesman.
Follow up: it's spring 2015 and the subfloor under the linoleum is buckling, which is not surprising. It was left exposed to sitting water for months during construction due to extended delays. It was buckling after that, and all that was done was sanding the raised areas, which was not a solution based on the outcome. I'm in contact with the owner, Clint, regarding this problem and will follow up on how it is delt with. Clint came and looked at and photographed the issue, we decided to see if it gets worse, and if so, implement a repair.
Follow up 2: now that it's warm we noticed many bugs in the sunroom, and discovered that the screen guards were not installed, creating a bug freeway on every door and window, reported this to Clint, waiting now for this to be taken care of, no ETA has been given..."
