They even had time to do a quick chimney cleaning. We couldn’t be more pleased. And the air quality in our condo is noticeably better. We had been given the runaround over and over by other companies and hed to threaten to sue one in small claims before they did the right thing and issued a refund. Don’t take a chance on wasting your time with unrated businesses. I will only go through Angie’s List from now on. They also replaced a metal piece to replace the tape the other company left after removing their magical UV cleaning light fixture. They had promised to come back and replace it with a plate, and never showed up. Bottom line, these guys are professionals and are independent thinkers who can flexibly work to accommodate the situation at hand!♥️♥️♥️"
