We called 4 different contractors, John from Don Green's Dirt Service was the only one that called us back. He came out within the week and gave us a quote. It took time trying to discuss with 10 people. John stopped out for a second time and gave us 3 different options as price was a concern. Once we all agreed on price/work, John and his team were able to come out the next week and complete work. A few of us watched the whole process. You could tell how efficient they were as doing this many times. Work was completed in 1 day and for quote amount. There was extra gravel used but John did not charge us any extra. The road looks great and concerns were fixed. John and his team took the time to walk us thru the project and inspect before payment. They did such a great job on this we are having them back in the spring to clear part of our land.

"The workers on site were wonderful -- we were very happy with the work as it was being performed, and they were very careful with surrounding area (drive, sidewalk, lawn) and did an excellent job overall. They were friendly and very respectful of us and our home/yard - a joy to have around.
My dissatisfaction was with the level of responsiveness I received from the owner after accepting his bid and sending a deposit check in (up until the deposit was sent, he was very quick to give a bid, explain the process, and return calls to answer questions).
After being told that the landscape crew was "a few weeks out" it took about 6 weeks for the job to happen, and that was after several calls to the owner to get an update on status. I understand that other projects ahead of mine may fall behind schedule or go beyond scope, however I was never updated on timing at all and was left wondering if he even received the paperwork with the deposit check. The only proactive note I received from him was the email on Friday at 5p indicating that the crew can start Monday morning, and 'will someone be there that morning'.
Upon project completion, my husband inadvertently gave payment in full, per the invoice, to the lead worker at the site (not factoring in the deposit check I sent in 6 weeks earlier to secure the bid). After immediately contacting the owner to let him know about the mistake, I asked him not to cash the check. I received no reply, and 3 weeks later the check was cashed. Now I need to go thru the hassle of trying to get that deposit money refunded. While the work performed was wonderful, the business management and
customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

"We heard about Plumbline Builders through Angie's List. After submitting an inquiry through Angie's List, we were able to get an appointment with Roger Sirany right away.  Roger came out to our home  on a Saturday morning and met with us to discuss the project. We were impressed with Roger's thoroughness and professionalism right away. 
Roger put together a bid for us within a few weeks. Compared to the other contractors we were looking at for the same project, Plumbline Builders was approximately in the middle, in terms of cost. We were impressed by the details that were in the bid and felt confident that Plumbline Builders was the best choice for our project.
As part of the bid package, Roger provided a list of local suppliers that he had developed relationships with over the years and who he recommended we meet with to pick out the major elements, primarily the tile and the custom vanity. These suppliers were easy to work with and we were very satisfied with the materials and options that we had to chose from.
Roger's employee Mike was assigned to our remodel and was really the face of the company for our project. He was very professional and courteous..
The bathroom demo started approximately in mid-June and they were able to get the plumbing roughed in right away. Mike showed great attention to detail, which we appreciated, though at times it seemed that things were going slower than they should. His tile work was amazing! 
The project wrapped up in mid-September, so it took approximately 3 months to complete from the start of the demolition. We did have a minor misunderstanding regarding the bathroom closet, but in the end, it worked out well.
All and all, we were very satisfied with the work that Plumbline Builders performed and would recommend them highly.

"Everything went very well. The work itself only took three days. The only reason I gave them a 'B' on quality is that a work truck accidentally hit out basketball pole in the driveway and snapped it off. I didn't really need it anymore since our kids are grown and the hoop hasn't been used in years. The garage floor replacement itself was very well done. I got three estimates on the job and all three dollar estimates were very close to each other and all three companies seemed very professional. I don't exactly recall why I chose this company but it did work out very well."

"The work started on-time and went very smoothly at every stage.  ALL of his crew were respectful, professional and cheerful throughout the project.  It was very important to me that they were respectful and responsive to not only my husband, but to me as well and everyone treated me as an equal which I appreciated.  Greg always let us know when we had to have decisions made with plenty of time.  Though any project has some amount of unpredictability, Greg was very good at explaining the steps.  He had all the supplies here on-time and the build went very smoothly.  The quality of the product is extremely high as well.  We are thrilled with the final garage.  Even our inspector noted the quality and he surely sees many, many garages.   
Greg's crew was not only pleasant, but they were at work every day they were scheduled AND on time.  The cement crew even stayed late one night until 9pm!  The siding looks great, the grading is exactly how we wanted it, and the garage door and window is a perfect match to our house.  The electrician was also very professional and was happy to accommodate our special requests for a special RV 50-amp service panel.  
The project finished on-time and on-budget.  I would highly recommend Greg for your project.  He is a smart contractor who created a high quality project and as a bonus has a great, pleasant and fun personality."
