"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. "Our roof had storm and hail damage. Called our insurance agent and then called four contractors for an estimate, all from Angie's List. One of the four said he would not give me an estimate unless we signed up with him. (He did not get hired) Called all four within 1 hour I received a call back from Brad from Ken's Roofing. The last two called back within a day. All three gave an estimate but were very slow except Ken's Roofing (Brad). Made arrangement for an estimate, received the estimate the next day and stated if he was chosen he could also meet with the adjuster from our insurance company.
