"I needed a 3.5' x 3.5' concrete pad poured for a elevator AC condenser installation and I needed it done very quickly based on my tight installation schedule. Alfredo of Bravos Advanced Flatwork was extremely responsive and communicative- he responded to my bid request within an hour, worked with me that day on some unique design specifications, including a late change I needed to make to the size later in the day AND he completed the job the very next morning. "The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"pulled up old floor, cleaned it and laid the tile it was a two day job.  they were punctual and tidy.. The kitchen job meant pulling out four tiles and replacing the worn out with new.  it went great and they now look great.

"In Spring 2012, we obtained quotes from three companies to tear out two existing retaining walls along the driveway and re-build them using Versalok, excavate and grade the backyard, and build a 3.5 - 4 foot retaining wall in the backyard using the stone from the old retaining walls. Genadek had the middle quote; they were also the only company to follow up with a phone call. The whole job took about 4 1/2 weeks. Stan, Mike, Tim,  Rob and Andrew were very professional and friendly; our neighbors even raved about them. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and communicated frequently so there were no surprises.
My only recommendation to those interested in hiring Genadek is to get on their schedule early. Their calendar books up fast!
