We called 4 different contractors, John from Don Green's Dirt Service was the only one that called us back. He came out within the week and gave us a quote. It took time trying to discuss with 10 people. John stopped out for a second time and gave us 3 different options as price was a concern. Once we all agreed on price/work, John and his team were able to come out the next week and complete work. A few of us watched the whole process. You could tell how efficient they were as doing this many times. Work was completed in 1 day and for quote amount. There was extra gravel used but John did not charge us any extra. The road looks great and concerns were fixed. John and his team took the time to walk us thru the project and inspect before payment. They did such a great job on this we are having them back in the spring to clear part of our land.

"This company is easy to work with, very innovative in their work. He is also varied in the work he can do and if he cannot handle it he will easily refer. He has done landscaping work, electrical, heavy duty landscaping with his own equipment! Also smaller jobs he can wrap them out pretty fast, like repair work on doors and sills in my house and even a bit of roofing repair!"

"It was a Big Deal purchase. It was fine. They did the service a little later after the purchase was made. The driveway looks fine now and it seems to be holding up under the snow. There was some extra cost because my driveway was somewhat bigger than what the coupon covered but it was not unreasonable."

"Justin and his crew were fantastic. No issues at all. We ended up changing the tile, nearly mid-job because Justin wanted us to, "love it." He gave his professional opinion and he was right on with shape, color and style of backsplash. We should've started with his thoughts and saved us all time and hassle. He too facilitated returning special order tile we bought outside of his recommendations. We had delays due to COVID19 and tile orders, but he still checked in and got the job done as expected. The workmanship was perfect. We too like supporting our military veterans. After asking him about some of his experiences, he's one of many vets we'll happily support!.Highly recommended."

"This was the second project that Genadek was hired for.  The reason Genadek was rehired to do work that no other contractor seemed to want to take on was because the company delivers what it says it will.  The first project was an extensive drain tile system with permeable pavers and a french drain, which has provided a beautiful place to entertain as well as much needed management of a high water table.  And when Genadek encountered issues with the high water table, they researched and came up with a plan - a plan that became the solution we had been searching for going on 6 years.
On both projects, Genadek was upfront about changing conditions of the project and gave us the information necessary to make a decision.  At no point was there a feeling that Genadek was doing anything other than respecting us and the financial constraints of the projects.  It is impossible to expect a bid to always be perfect down to the last penny, however Genadek makes a concerted effort to do just that and when they cannot - you will know why.
When Genadek finishes a project, they clean up the worksite and leave it as they found it so there is no delay in your enjoyment.  There is not doubt that this is a company that is choosing to do business the right way - respecting clients - and should be supported for it."

"There is nothing I can say here that I did not say in my review. There is no way I could have checked if this company had what they advertised because they advertised that they had the product I wanted, then did not. Everything went as planned except they tried to get me to install fencing with cement bases when the cement would dissolve in several years in my yard due to wetness. Anchor fencing, which I have surrounding my pool, has proven to be the way to go. The choice this company gave me, was spend a great deal of money for what I wanted,(if they could find it) or put in what they were used to installing. No imagination and appear to be unwilling to work with the customer when the customer wants something that is outside the box."

"Joe and everyone else at Hoffman was extremely professional and friendly during the quoting process. They offered a great full-service approach to our project. It's obvious they would take care of every detail and stand by their work. We were particularly price sensitive on this project and went with a more DIY solution instead, but we will definitely consider Hoffman in the future when our budget is less restricted."
