"Had our basement finished by Luke in first half of 2018. We hired Luke because he listened to what we wanted and provided a great plan to maximize the available space within our modest budget. He worked at a steady pace with an apprentice to do the majority of the work -- framing, egress window install, drywall, multiple door install, closets, shower surround install, painting and flooring. What he couldn't do legally, he hired competent helpers: plumber, electrician, and HVAC. I would not hesitate to hire Luke. "It went very well. The price was exactly as estimated. I was told they could encapsulate the pipes instead of removing them--which would be cheaper--but I wanted the pipes removed. Three guys came out and it took about six-seven hours to do all of the work. They were very careful with my house and nothing was damaged. I'm happy to have it those pipes out of there and I'll call them back when I'm reading to have my 9X9 tiles in the basement removed.
