Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. "I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines."
