Very nice guy. He tried to cancel and reschedule on the day of because he said he had to go to work. I told him I moved the mattress into my livingroom for him to pick up and that I didn't want to move it back or have it sitting here all day. So he ended up coming out. I was confused that I was paying for a service yet I had to help take it from my house, help him organize his trailer, and help him put it in the trailer. Keep in mind I am disabled and hired a service so I wouldn't have to do anything.
