"We asked Vincent to replace our dirty old laundry tub and faucet.  While doing that, he noticed that the drain pipe underneath was filthy, so he cleaned that out and replaced the u-shaped drain.  He then replaced a faucet in another sink.  His work was completed very much to our satisfaction in a timely manner, his rate was competitive, and he cleaned up his mess after completing the work.  Vincent also disposed of the old tub and faucets so that we did not have to do so.   We would not hesitate to call on him again, and we would also recommend him to others.  
There was some miscommunication and delay in response with his scheduler when setting up the appointment, but she was very apologetic and accommodating.

The repair job was quick, took my own crowded schedule into account, and all questions I asked were patiently answered with suggestions for any "next steps". "The doors one was great the second he had to come back to fix. As there was a gap in between the door and where it met the frame and he originally didn't add the door jam. The hot tub work was great but it cost $300 more than originally quoted. To be fair it was bc he installed a gfi outlet he didn't originally quote. Plus he was supposed to show up at 11a and didn't and then said he was on his way and would be there at 245p and I said I had an errand so in an hour would work so he went home and charged me $30 for trip cancellation."
