"Shae was very responsive and easy to work with. TruWest replaced an older deck and balcony on the back of our house that was at the end of its life. The reason I give them 5 stars for customer service is that 3 months after the deck was installed, we had a separate issue and needed to see the ground under the deck. Shae agreed to come out and remove deck boards so that we could see the situation under the deck and take photos, and he did so at no additional charge (and no, there's no reason to believe that the deck construction is the cause of the other issue)."

Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. It also gives a fresh look to the entire surface as part of the deck refinishing process. Without sanding, your stain or sealant is less likely to absorb into the wood.
