We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anybody interested in high-quality and reliable work at an excellent price. The work included tear-down of an old fence. Dan built a new tall cedar privacy fence along one side of the property and in the back with a cedar, a separate tall cedar lattice structure for vines elsewhere on the property, and an wrought iron fence with gate on the other side of the house for a fully enclosed backyard. Special attention was paid to putting the posts in cement and forming a nicely rounded surface. All work came out perfectly straight and plumb. The crew took pride in their work, cleaned up perfectly, and communicated well. Whole building process was done in one week. One year later, the work still looks perfect. There were a couple of tricky spots to make sure the neighbors could keep existing chain-link fence line, and they figured it out... I'm mostly just impressed with how good the fence looks. I went with the post caps to dress it up a little, and Rob suggested I look into the Nuvo Iron gate inserts, which I bought on Amazon and his guys installed at no extra charge. It all looks great.
