We had him replace siding and all windows, paint outside, a new front door, paint all walls and ceilings inside, replace counter-tops, paint cabinets and trim, remove an interior wall and bar, replace all sinks, add new lighting plus numerous small projects. "My sincere appreciation to Henry and his crew. As all the abatement contractors know, there's a grant that homeowners can apply for to have part of the removal cost refunded. But you have to wait months months before you get a decision and by that you already paid to have it removed. The other companies I receive quotes from charged an arm and a leg. They were clearly hiking up the price and then advertising the grant refund. Even if I would have hired them and received the grant refund, they still would have been ungodly expensive.
