The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work. They showed up on time and replaced both window panes in about an hour. This was beyond my expectations. Great work, timely, professional and polite. Wow. You just don’t see this very often any more."
