"They charged 250 dollars to cover a ceiling fan with poly while they painted. After repair and painting the paint did not cover the ceilings well and there was bleed through. So had them out to fix that and they charged almost 3k more to fix something that should have been right the 1st time. Fleecing an 80 year women is not cool. They do not return calls well if there is a problem. Very sad outcome"

After drop off, invoices were sent requesting additional payment. When calling to discuss the issue, representatives give excuses as to why the original payment 'didn't go through'. They state there is a training issue, and conveniently the person who processes the invoices is never available. They state they take the credit card information at the time of original phone call and store it in their vault. I've requested they delete my information and stop calling me as I've already paid as they required before delivery. I will look into purchasing these replacements elsewhere as the business practices are questionable and customer service is poor. "
