My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

They go the extra mile by placing your furniture on styrofoam blocks so legs don't get wet from carpet cleaning. They wear booties when walking around on the carpets too!
