I've already had people ask me, " Who poured this? It looks great!" Ari was very professional, responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. When I texted him on the last day of work with a concern, he came over and laid down on the ground to get a look at what I was talking about, and then took the time to walk me through the decisions we made and how the system will work together as planned to keep my basement dry. We hired him to add a door at the top of our basement stairs, a project which also required adding a light, adding and finishing a railing, and walling up a cut-out section of wall. He also completed a smattering of other miscellaneous house projects for us. We were thrilled with his work on all of them. Bill's attention to detail matched my own, which I have found to be a bit rare. He is enthusiastic about making sure everything is done right, consulted with me regularly on design questions, went above and beyond in his pursuit of closest-match trim and hardware options, and explained a great deal about the issues involved in the projects and how he was approaching them. "Steve and his team did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. One was completely gutted and we got a new, level floor; bigger shower; custom made cabinetry and all new plumbing...all in a small space. The other got a new floor, new custom cabinetry and new plumbing and countertop. Steve has high standards which stretched our budget to the max but in the end it was all worth it. He is excellent at communicating and getting back to us quickly when we had concerns or questions. If any little thing was not done right, he would send someone back to fix it (even one year later with a small crack that developed in some caulking.) 1.5 years later we are still thrilled with our bathrooms. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but he helped us think through design possibilities as well. Thank you, Steve and team! p.s. it took a little longer than we expected and there were bumps in the road but isn't that the way it always happens with remodeling? Bottom line....we are so happy with the results."
