"great group of guys from start to finish. had the window out so they put plasric up to help keep the cold out, they kept checking with us to make sure we were not to cold.Checked the work through out the project to make sure all was good.. When finished they with us checked to make sure window did not stick when trying to crank it to open. The 2 workres left as they had completed the job, and in a matter of minutes their boss called to wanting to come over to check things out. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS GROUP FOR YOUR PROJECTS."

"     He was pleasant and thoroughly professional.  He called before he arrived to tell us he was in transit.  He asked thoughtful questions to diminish his impact on working in our house while we were there.  He took off his shoes when he worked inside and wore an interior sock shoe. He spread down a thick towel whenever he put window or screen panels on the floor.
     Even tho it rained  hard all day, he did not cancel.  He did 3/4ths of the work from inside. ( the inside of the window, both sides of the storm panels and the screen)  The next day he came back to do the exterior of the windows that had to be reached from the outside and by ladder.
     When he finished all glass surfaces were sparkling clean and streak free.    The screens were freed of years of grime and returned to their aluminum color. My windows look brand new in this 88 year old house.
     My husband and I are feeling pleased with the renewed light flowing from our clean windows.   I am very glad I found him on Angie's List.  I will use him again.!!!

"There was very poor communication between the company providing the service and me. There was no real person-to-person discussion of what I needed. They assumed that I had materials ready to use and I needed them to identify what was needed and how to repair my door. I thouight I needed a new door. They said it could be repaired which then cost much less than what I had anticipated. When they did what I then asked for, they said I still had time left on the service I purchased, so what else did I want them to do. I tried to come up with something, but it was not a satisfying experience. I don't think I got my money's worth.
