"Dan was amazing. He is personable, kind, intelligent and has great ideas and know his craft. We had others bid and he had ideas, no one else had. He knows his subs and they respect him. He took extra time to show my wife how to learn things too. I am very particular and he was attentive to all our requests. We are exceptionally pleased with how our room turned out and as the process went, we created ideas with Dan for our next project, once some more money is saved for phase two of the basement.
