They cleaned our dryer but explained that our ducts were clean and that their cleaning service (using a brush) would not be suitable due to some ducts having wires running through them. They did so even though that meant that we would not be able to use their business in the future for duct cleaning. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to hire them to do the work."

Mike pointed out that we had a busted dryer vent that was causing some of the dryer lint to come into our home. We asked if he could repair it and he was able to do that. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours, and we are totally enjoying the clean, fresh air whenever the furnace kicks in.
