"We've hired A Step Up for at least three years now, spring and fall, to clean our exterior windows and gutters. They have always done a nice job, cleaned up gutter debris and been responsive to concerns. A picture window was missed last year and they promptly returned to clean it when I pointed out the oversight. Their overall price is competitive. I have noticed that they do not accept the Angie's List coupons/discounts if your home falls under their 'minimum order'. Our home is ~ 2,300 square feet, so not huge, but we do have a lot of windows (~30), so I was surprised that we fell into the 'minimum order' category.
