Our pup can be a handful sometimes and the fact that this didn’t bother him at all was a cherry on top! He cleaned both top and main floors, inside and out, cleaned up after himself, and was very courteous. He played some light music which we loved, too! Really just a great guy and great job. "We've hired A Step Up for at least three years now, spring and fall, to clean our exterior windows and gutters. They have always done a nice job, cleaned up gutter debris and been responsive to concerns. A picture window was missed last year and they promptly returned to clean it when I pointed out the oversight. Their overall price is competitive. I have noticed that they do not accept the Angie's List coupons/discounts if your home falls under their 'minimum order'. Our home is ~ 2,300 square feet, so not huge, but we do have a lot of windows (~30), so I was surprised that we fell into the 'minimum order' category. Nice work for a competitive price - I would recommend them."
