There were a few concerns: They arrived 20 minutes late, I drove over to the new house to meet them, then had to wait for them to arrive. They packed up to leave 15 minutes early and said "We're done." My request was clear: first priority was the kitchen, second was the bathrooms, third was to dust the entire house (if there was time). If three women each leave 15 minutes early, that's 45 minutes of the total 6 hours paid for. Cleaning quality - Overall I'd say it was good, but they didn't clean the blinds in the kitchen until I asked, they were filthy. Same with the living room window sill. They used some of my supplies, then left them dirty. They used a yellow "duster" and left it completely covered in dust. There are huge oil stains on my driveway where they parked the van. This driveway is brand new, and had no oil stains before this. Now I'll need to hire someone to come remove the oil. ---------------------------------------- Raquel responded via Angie's List messaging, offering to show me GPS logs and to clean the driveway, but not to offer any discount for the work completed. I asked her for the GPS logs and to let me know when she would come clean the oil spot, after that she stopped responding. I have reached out four times after that, no response.

This team was fabulous. I almost don’t want to tell how great they are because I don’t want them to be too busy to come back! The attention to detail was amazing. Every time I turned around I was awed by something else they had done. With our busy schedules housecleaning had gotten away from us and Raquel and her team made our house shine. They cleaned things u has no idea how to clean easily and for it done. They were on time, even a little early, professional, friendly and efficient. We’ve already asked them to come back for regular cleaning. You definitely can’t go wrong with this team.

Raquel and the ladies showed up on time, finished quickly and got everything so clean and fresh. It’s like I just moved in again, a brand new home! I have set up a monthly service as they did such a superb job cleaning my house. ☺️

Fantastic! The house looked great and there were several personal touches that made the service top notch (fancy folding of decorative towels and fan folding of the next paper towel and toilet paper). We scheduled them to start doing routine cleaning for us.

Raquel and her team are absolutely incredible, I couldn't recommend them enough. Their attention to detail is absolutely amazing, I see things days later that they did that I didn't even notice at first. Arranging my perfume bottles, folding paper towel into origami...these might seem like small things but they really add such a special touch. I trust Raquel and her team implicitly, and I know that they value their work as much as I do. I initially hired them as a one-time indulgence, but it has proven to relieve so much stress from my life I decided to continue! I recommend this for any working woman, new mom, stressed out wife...if you're like me you may feel guilty for not "doing it all" but I am proud that I asked for help, and so grateful that Raquel answered that call. RGF Cleaning has literally CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!

I ended up only needing a deep clean of the bathroom, kitchen cabinets, window sills and blinds. The cleaning was not great. Paid for 1 hour with 2 people and didn't feel it was worth the money.

I took advantage of an Angie's list promotion for deep clean of up to 3500 sq feet. Unfortunately there was multiple things missed or not done well the first time through. Ultimately they got everything clean, but required me to manage the work they did. Because of that I am giving this company a B. The prices was very good and the service rendered was satisfactory. Note: The cleaning crew consisted of 3 people. Crystal was the primary person I talked to. The things she cleaned were done well and did not require any rework. She was pleasant to work with and made sure the areas missed by the other two got cleaned.

Most things were done well - EXCEPT they didnt do an entire bathroom - of all things!!!! I was really upset about that as the kitchen and bathrooms in my mind are the most important to get thoroughly done! I asked them to vacuum under the cushions in the family room- they didnt- they didnt vacuum the basement- and didnt wipe down a major granite counter top. I talked with the owner - I guess i think she should have offered for them to come back and at the very least clean that bathroom (we only have 2 bathrooms as it is)
