Blue Painting, LLC
About us
Blue Painting's Core Values: WE DO THE RIGHT THING: Whether we're choosing the product to use for your job, or handling a sticky situation (no pun intended), we use this phrase as our guide to ensure we're doing right by our customers, employees, and community. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS PRIMARY: In our daily huddle we start by reviewing our current and upcoming customers. Are we providing the experience we promised? Are we delivering an experience we would want as homeowners? These are questions we ask to make sure our focus is in the right place each and every day that we're in business. CHALLENGE TO IMPROVE: We believe that self-development should never end. We have big ambitions and as a practice to ensure growth we embrace challenges as opportunities. This applies to Blue Painting, as a whole, our managers, our painters, and our processes. We don't want to take the easy way out.

"Eli, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Although we try our absolute best to give every customer an amazing experience, mistakes do happen. When they do, we do everything in our power to fix them and the underlying systems that may have caused them. In your case, not only did we immediately intervene and work tirelessly to make you happy, we also fixed the flaw in our scheduling system that caused the Project Kickoff to be delayed(which is what caused your concerns). To be clear, we spent over 200 hours after the job was already completed patiently doing every last touch up you could possibly find. Your house is immaculate and we are very happy with the final result. As a business owner, I understand that some people will never be happy. But it truly saddens me that after all of the time and energy(and money) that we put into making your house exactly how you wanted it, you would still take to the internet in an attempt to discredit us. To anyone reading this, I welcome you to email me and I will happily hop on a phone call with you to discuss what actually happened on this project and how we remedied it. I can provide plenty of photos so you can see yourself just how amazing it turned out. Tony Nordeen - Owner email: [email protected]"
"Thank you Sharon for your review! We are pleased that you enjoyed working with us as much as we enjoyed working with you!"
"Hello Jolene, Thank you for your honest opinion. We appreciate negative reviews just as much as the positive because it gives us the opportunity to better our service. When we start each project we set out to provide a wonderful experience and a high-quality paint job. It seems we did not quite hit the mark on yours. That said, I do feel it is unfair for you to review us in this light. Obviously we did not intentionally get COVID to delay the project. It was a brand new thing and we were navigating it the best we knew how. Also, as of right now your job is sitting incomplete and you have only paid 20% of the balance(even though we have finished 9."
