First visit they cleared the pipe of roots and the second visit installed a sleeve through the pipe to prevent future problems. Both visits were very professional and when they were done they provided a camera view. This allowed me to see their finish product."

After arriving Chuck reviewed the options for fixing plugged sink and leak in pipes and gave me estimates for fixes. They were reasonable so I said he could go ahead with the work. He was able to do the work at the time so I did not have to reschedule appointment. One of the requirements was to remove a broken disposal and disconnect from disposal switch. While removing the switch plate cover he accidentally broke it. He called the office and another person delivered a new one for him to replace the broken cover.
