"10 STARS!! 🤩 Steve did a fantastic job on multiple small projects I had. He hung a door that I had purchased to fit existing custom hinges/frame. I spoke with 3 companies that wouldn t do that work. Next, he went up a ladder to pull down the shutters we had around our windows. Little did he know that he would encounter several wasp nests along the way. He battled up and got the job done! Most importantly, he did this all with a smile on his face, showing excellent work ethic and integrity along the way. 5 Stars is not enough recognition for the work he did for me, and I will definitely be using him again!!"

"Nick is a very reliable guy, he scheduled the installation of our interior doors in advance and the job was done without any delays. He did a great job installing our interior doors in our condo. His price was very reasonable with very high quality. I was so happy with him and the job he did, that I called him again to install our baseboards and base shoes, and he did a great job as well. I will call him if I ever need any kind of carpentry work again. I highly recommend Nick."

The plan to stain the door didn’t work out so he transitioned into painting the doors without fuss or muss. He worked efficiently and stayed on his time line. There were times when we weren't sure what the next steps or timeline were, but it wasn't a major issue and the work continued to move along quickly. In the end, the quality and speed of the build outweighed that small drawback. "We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."
