I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Especial shout out to Greg, who worked with all the staff there to look for my key ring I thought was there; he was so helpful....and it turned out my ring was in a purse at home that I hadn’t at all remembered putting there. Additional point on that is that throughout my entire process, each Lamettry person seemed to really understand—through their professional & kind demeanor—the traumatic car crash experience that their customers like me have just experienced. And then I find out today the Lamettry Values and Community Service that’s expressed on their website. They really do walk their talk. Highest Kudos to every person there. And my car?
