"Phil and I had more trouble getting the water valve to problem area shut off than he had replacing the part. After he replaced the part he tested that it would shut off completely. There was a very slow drip which I likely would have let pass but Phil removed it and put in another which didn't drip at all. I am grateful he persisted."

"We love our new shower that was installed by Mad City! We have an older home that has it’s own set of challenges and they rose to the test with each one they came across. The installers were quick, efficient and communicated with us as they went along. They were very courteous and cleaned up as they went along. "Five Star Bath Solutions were able to complete the demo and installation in one day. The employee arrived at 8 AM and walked out of the house at 2 PM on the same day. The employees who helped with our demo and installation were very professional. The employees covered the flooring from our front door all the way to the bathroom, covered all the additional surfaces in the bathroom, and left absolutely no mess behind. The finished product is beautiful! It looks exactly as promised. The tub/shower is very easy to clean. There are specific products that must be used on the surfaces, but they are mainstream, name brand cleaning products that I already had on hand. A simple spray of the cleaner and a wipe with a soft cloth easily removes soap scum and dirt. One thing i wish we would have done before hand is paint because the sealer they use on the tub/shower does not let paint stick to it so we have a couple spots next to the shower that still has the old paint color. Any meeting you have with a sales person will take at least an hour. Our initial sales visit in our home took about 2 and 1/2 hours to get through all the paperwork and for the employee to go through and get measurements and our choices. The follow up visit where they come to make sure everything is correct and ready was short and sweet and professional. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable. We had 1 small leak after the demo was complete and we called them and they sent an employee the very next morning bright and early. The employee fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and then proceeded to fix the crack that happened because of the leak. We are very happy with all of the service and products we got from Five Star Bath Solutions. 5 stars is definitely true!"

"They did a great job with this project removed the tub and installed a walk in shower arrived at our house on time and was done in four and a half hours they were reasonable price and also worked with the VA I. Would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in doing this type of work they also removed a toilet and put in a A D A toilet five star rating for this company we are very happy with this company"
