"Phil and I had more trouble getting the water valve to problem area shut off than he had replacing the part. After he replaced the part he tested that it would shut off completely. There was a very slow drip which I likely would have let pass but Phil removed it and put in another which didn't drip at all. I am grateful he persisted."

"Mad City's installation team was extremely professional and respectful during the replacement of 14 large windows throughout my house. During the summer I had one crank out window jam slightly and they had an excellent representative out to fix my window within a day. Their customer service has been tested again recently with a stress crack in a window due to extreme temperature fluctuations and it was a quick process to get a replacement. I highly recommend Mad City and I have been happy with all my interactions and quality of work from them."

"They did a great job with this project removed the tub and installed a walk in shower arrived at our house on time and was done in four and a half hours they were reasonable price and also worked with the VA I. Would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in doing this type of work they also removed a toilet and put in a A D A toilet five star rating for this company we are very happy with this company"

"Happy with sales staff meeting my needs. Others I tried didn't listen to what I wanted, and were expensive. Workers were wonderful working with the many suprises during the remodel.
