Our designs and estimates are usually completed within 1-2 business days with a scheduled start date, and project duration estimate listed on your estimate if you choose to accept. For most projects, if you accept our estimate, we will require you to sign a contract with a 10% down payment to hold your spot on the calendar. This allows us to start the process of ordering material required for your project. If there are delays outside of our control (on our side) to start the project greater than 1 week your 10% can be refunded to start the project at a later date. We will keep all communication open with you if there is a change to the schedule. We require full payment on the date of the completion of the project. Projects longer than 1 week in duration will require a weekly payment schedule based off % completed on the project.

Our plan is to have 20-30 ex-offenders (both full time and part time) on staff by the end of 2016. WFOM will employ people for 24-36 months, and then help them find a career path of their choosing. WFOM is a revolving door employer providing our employees with a mentoring program to help them become good citizens, an employment track record with skills and recommendations assure their next employer of the type of person they are hiring.
