Tillers Steam Carpet Cleaning

We scheduled this past week with Tillers for our annual area rug, sofa and chairs to be cleaned. Ezekiel did an outstanding job, and we highly recommend Tiller's.

Everything went well

This was my 1st carpet cleaning experience with Tillers. When we moved into our newly built home, the movers got black ash spots/marks all over the light grey carpet and it now needed a good cleaning, unfortunately. LARRY arrived on 11-5-2021 and I showed him all the black marked areas in ALL the carpeted rooms. He put down 1 blanket and a few corner protectors. I personally put down my own 3 huge runners also to protect the new flooring in the entry area to the Master. He finished with the $496 cleaning. I did not check his work before he walked out the door, but I should have. MY mistake. We the owners, did NOT walk on the carpet for over 24 hours. Once I checked all the rooms and found there were blackmarks he missed AND our 2 month old asphalt driveway was somehow now stained really bad. I called Amanda at Tillers Carpet Cleaning and asked for someone to come back and clean what LARRY missed and what did he do to our new driveway? and why did he not ring our Door Bell and tell me what happened before he left? (I emailed Tillers a picture of the missed spots and the driveway stains.) Amanda said that LARRY can do a redu on 11-11-2021 and he will clean what he missed and that he said that rust leaked out of the truck and he poured his truck water onto the driveway to clean it. It rained 1" on 11-10-2021 and did NOT clean the driveway stains. LARRY returned on 11-11 -2021. NO apology, he just said that "I am not perfect and I miss things, dont you also make mistakes?" and what he did, "Is what it is." and "The rust/stains was such a rare happening, he thought the rain yesterday would have cleaned off the stains." LARRY cleaned what he missed and I personally set up my hose and my powerwasher for him to try to clean up the stained driveway. LARRY put down a "urine remover chemical" on the driveway and washed 2x. The result is still noticeable marks. The owner, ED TILLER, told Amanda that Tillers will cover the cost for sealing the driveway in 2022. "That should take care of the stains." If they make this right, as promised, then I hope to update my review in 2022 after the $170-$190 driveway sealing is completed and TILLERS pay the bill.

Luke arrived to the minute of the pre arranged time. He was so thorough and didn't skimp at all on the areas he cleaned - going under our dining room table and right up to the edge of the furniture we didn't move. We felt the pricing was fair at $386. Great experience

Went well. Two bedrooms, two hallways, a livingroom, and three sets of stairs (7steps each) were cleaned. They use their own warm water and have good equipment. Follow up week later to make sure you are happy with results. Very professional.

Perfect! Have a old dog and lots of urine stains and smell. Cleaned, deodorized and protected living room, dining room porch, hall and stairs. Mike explained everything and discussed options. Price was comparable to another company I talked to. Looks and smells beautiful. I will use them again.

larry did an excellent job

I cannot say enough good things about Tillers. I was looking for someone to clean my carpets because my senior dog sometimes has accidents and it was starting to really smell. Since my in-laws are coming to visit, I needed it done pretty quickly. I found Tillers here on Angie's List and requested a quote. I received a pretty much immediate response and was asked to call the office with a square footage estimate. I did so and had the most pleasant interchange with Lisa. She was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. I asked if there was any way that we could have the service done this week and Lisa first said no and then said she might be able to squeeze it in. She called one of her techs to make sure and then called me back to confirm that yes, they could come that very afternoon. I was so pleased. Same-day service? Who does that? Larry was awesome. As Lisa promised, he called me to confirm his ETA and showed up right on time. He was professional, did a good job of explaining what he was going to do, what it would cost, etc. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). And when he actually did the cleaning, he was really thorough. I was so impressed with how carefully he treated our carpets. I have hired lots of other carpet cleaners for my parents and I've never seen a tech who was so meticulous and really seemed to care about getting our carpets clean. He also was a blast to chat with - and he's the master of puns! We had a great little talk as well. The work was exceptional. All of the pet odor is gone, the carpets are super clean and they dried quickly because Larry did such a nice job making sure he didn't just soak the rug for no reason. The cost was extremely reasonable, and they even let me stack the first-time-customer discount with the Angie's List coupon for an even better deal. The Angie's List listing said this is a family-owned business, which is one of the reasons I chose it. But man, is this a case where the difference between family-owned and the big chains is extremely apparent. We will call Tiller's for all of our future carpet cleaning needs.

Every item looks brand new! The area rug was not quite dry when they returned it so they took it back to finish the drying. I added deodorizing and protectant to the rug cleaning. They called before they came, were on time, were pleasant and wonderful to work with. I am thrilled at how everything looks so brand new - and smells fresh. A smooth & easy process. They were punctual and always kept me informed. And - even followed up with phone call to see if I was happy with the work. Thank you Tillers! You're the best.

Perfect is couldn't be more happy

Tiller's Carpet Cleaning service did an excellent job. The areas of older carpet came remarkably clean and bright. The master bath carpeting was especially difficult but it cleaned-up very well. The whole condo unit dried in good time even though it was nasty weather outside. Having the heat on in the unit helped. Now the whole place has a fresh clean smell.
