A small job specialist for 'Honey-Do' lists containing items ranging from putting up a picture to replacing sliding patio doors. The best way to contact me is via phone call or text. You can be secure in the knowledge that the work on your property is being completed to your satisfaction by a professional who is a State licensed and insured building contractor. Work can be scheduled on an hourly basis (1 hour minimum) with discounts for booking a half day. The 'Services' page of the company website shows a more comprehensive guide to the projects undertaken.
"Andrew fixed my passageway (heavy) door to my garage; handle mechanism broke and latch wouldn’t retract, couldn’t open door. Andrew removed door from hinges, removed broken contraption and replace with new door set and back on hinges. He also replace my deadbolt set on my front door. Everything works great! He did a great job, very nice to work with, highly recommend!"

We do this in three ways; we inspect all of our jobs post completion to ensure quality craftsmanship, we only work in the Twin Cities and surrounding area, and we only install quality products.
"Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different. I waited for some time to pass before I wrote a review to see if any issues would show; everything looks great, and we've experienced no issues."

After many years of working for a large Fortune 100 Corporation and traveling almost every week around the globe, I have shifted my time and focus to something I have always enjoyed doing since I was a child.
