"Originally, I hired Tubbs to just deliver salt.. Very Prompt.. However, 3 times softener was so overfilled it created a 'bridge'.. The last time it happened my rubber mallet did NOT work to break it up.. the bridge was like a 'solid ice cube' and Tubbs REFUSED to resolve the issue.. ***I had to HIRE CULLIGAN TO bring a special tool to fix the issue!!***.. I forgave them for that also.. My water softener needed replacing.. They were quick to get it done BUT same day, I developed a electrical issue.. For some reason, unit was throwing the breaker.. never happened with old softener.. They denied it was 'related to new softener'.. Electrician revamped electrical so that new unit would no longer pose a problem.. What went un-noticed when they replaced the softener is this- my reverse osmosis filters are maybe 3 inches from the softener and they removed one of the filters as, CLEARLY it was in the way, I understand that.. However, it is 6 weeks ago since installation and I only notice last week when I cleaned the utility room.. Called to ask them to please put it back so that I do NOT have to pay a pricey service call from Mulligan.. They DENIED removing it!!... Tubbs Soft Water and I are the ONLY PEOPLE who are ever in that room!!.. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY because they are evidently NOT HUMAN and never make mistakes!.. Hired NEW company today, enough is enough.."
