88 Absolutely terrible experience! Would not recommend! We bought and paid for in full, a full set of high end appliances. They were not ordered properly (forgot to order pieces of several of the appliances), were not installed properly ( had to hire a repair man to fix), and took them 20 months...
Couldn't get at the drain properly from access panel upstairs so unfortunately had to cut a hole in kitchen ceiling which I had to repair myself later. But the work they did was excellent, good quality parts that should last for years. Knew exactly what to do. Had a subsequent problem...
Mr Plumber by Metzler & HallamI was not home when he serviced my unit. My wife was. He came to the door and then went right to work. The unit is outside. He had to come in a couple of times to check on the unit in the basement. He finished in a timely manner. I would recommend A to Z for all your appliance repair needs.
