He checked in daily to make sure the work was getting done properly. We encountered some delays (much of which was out of his control) but he always did everything in his power to make things right. "I knew removing the popcorn ceiling with asbestos would be expensive given all the hazardous material fees, HEPA filtration, protective gear the workers wear, and plastic sheeting to cover the walls and floor.
