"We hired Enerjac to build an addition and kitchen remodel in October, 2024, and are still waiting for project completion in November, 2025. Far from having a "tradition of excellence," we found Enerjac to be deceitful, manipulative, and incompetent, with problems ranging from failure to contain lead dust to leaving holes in the exterior wall wide enough for a man to fit through in mid-winter. Communication was terrible, and our emails since mid-October, 2025, have gone unanswered, despite lingering issues like a non-functioning radiator and a cracked conrete stoop, both of which they installed. The project was plagued by delays and excuses. The structure was not built to the plan or specifications, for which we requested (and were denied) compensation. I would not recommend this company and do not plan to use their services again."

Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. Horrible communication and the owner is flat out not a pleasant person to deal with. Very rude and unresponsive. Was not impressed one bit with pretty much anything they did. Price was too high for quality and they just flat out don't care about your happiness with the end product. You can tell just by the way they handle things. Look elsewhere!!!"
