"Rarely in my experience of owning homes and rental properties have I seen a crew of men take on such a difficult (Structural Damage) project like ours with such skill and professionalism! Roman the Project Manager was punctual and clearly explained what would be necessary to complete this project. His crew were on time, tidy and in good spirits. We were so impressed on the quality of work on the first project that we have hired them to work on a second project involving a claim with our insurance company! Far from having a "tradition of excellence," we found Enerjac to be deceitful, manipulative, and incompetent, with problems ranging from failure to contain lead dust to leaving holes in the exterior wall wide enough for a man to fit through in mid-winter. Communication was terrible, and our emails since mid-October, 2025, have gone unanswered, despite lingering issues like a non-functioning radiator and a cracked conrete stoop, both of which they installed. The project was plagued by delays and excuses. The structure was not built to the plan or specifications, for which we requested (and were denied) compensation. I would not recommend this company and do not plan to use their services again."
