JNS personally and rapidly handles the insurance company. That immediately improved the increase of when I paid them. They worked rapidly and came over on a Saturday. They not only recovered 2 roofs for the home, but also reroofed the 100 year old outhouse and playhouse with rain guards. Very satisfied with JNS and Home Advisor.

He was polite and professional and efficient. He was very good.

The crew was exceptionally earnest and helpful to finish the project within deadline. Very helpful to do little chores along the way. Could have done a better job in picking up sharp cut metal pieces on the deck and around the house.

Nick Olson did an excellent job on replacing our cedar deck with composite material. He was easy to work with and was very conscientious about the quality of his work. We are very pleased with the end product.

He seemed to be genuinely interested in my concerns as this is a wind damage insurance claim. The consensus was that roof s/b repaired vs replacement which will be done. I was impressed with him and will no doubt recommend if occasion arises.

Good company, got right to the point and followed through on everything they said in regards to the roofing. Management even stopped out during the project and took the time to answer some additional questions. I felt like they cared and wanted to have a satisfied customer. I willing be utilizing them for an potential upcoming project as well. Good experience so far.

I hired this company for minor repairs on my roof. Unlike the other two contractors that I had contacted (one of whom made me wait for over 4 weeks and never showed up, and another contractor who told me that my chimney needed to be rebuilt, then never sent me a written estimate), these guys were very professional, and courteous. The owner gave me some good advice about what needed and did not need to be done this year. The work was done promptly. The owner had the honesty to take $100 off the initial estimate (which included work that turned out not to be necessary in the end). I would hire these guys again without a moment's hesitation.

Very profession to work with, and prompt

Steve was a very nice person to talk to and work with. He helped with the insurance claim as well. The guys he has working for him are hard workers and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done. I would definitely recommend JNS builders for any roofing project.

The man who did the repair was very pleasant. He was very detailed in telling us about our roof. He charged us less than he quoted.

They were very efficient, no extra costs came into play, you were always kept informed. If you have never had a roof done before don't expect everything to be back in place when its done and you will finds bits and pieces of the old roof. Don't expect them to be on time they ran a half an hour both times for the estimate and when the prodject started. But very nice people to work with and excellent products and excellent execution of the final product.

JNS Builders is the company we chose to do our roof. The estimate given listed everything they would do for the price quoted, they answered all of our questions and provided us all the documentation we needed with out being asked. They did an excellent job of cleaning everything up. We would highly recommend them to others.
