Can't say enough good about Jill and this company. I called on a freezing morning when we awoke to a non-working furnace. Jill walked me through some trouble-shooting over the phone and we got it going a bit, but it was only a temporary fix, so she arranged for someone to come out the next morning (I told her we didn't need someone to come out immediately since we had a little heat - I wanted the on-call repair team to be able to help others who were in more urgent need!) The repair man came the next morning as promised, identified the problem and had the replacement part in his truck so was able to fix it quickly.

I am so impressed with Howard and his team. The service call was scheduled very quickly(and consider this is during a very hot summer where I imagine that are quite busy) and likewise we had very thorough quotes and a timely/prompt date for installation of new units. He was so helpful and personable (and reachable) and the work was excellent.

They did great! On time, on budget and a minimum of disruption. One reason we chose Four Seasons is that heating and air systems can last decades. We wanted someone we could trust over the long haul. I think we got it right!

The gentleman that we work with his fantastic. We are getting a new furnace and we are going to call him in the next week to get a thing. Our furnace was installed in 1983 we had one of the first energy efficient furnaces and he has kept it running for us since 1983 and right now you can't get parts worth anymore. We are going to get a new furnace. He is honest and thorough.

They did a good job. They are a furnace company. They are a [10:09:00] and they inspected the furnace after another company said it was not good. They were very good. I did not spend anything for it because I had a free first visit from Angie’s List. They get right down to business. They took their time and thoroughly inspected the furnace; I was impressed with it. I prefer people who know what they are doing and like to get to work and that’s what they were.

Great work! Modern HVAC systems are overly complicated with the air exchange, humidifiers, electronic filters, etc. The best thing he did was help me understand how to set everything properly for different conditions (I had huge ice buildup on my windows). Also, he found a solution to a 6 year heat balance problem.

We called them to replace the furnace fan motor that had quit working and to do a furnace tune-up. I gave them my furnace model number and a service person came out the next day with the correct part. We felt our repair person was very honest and had a lot of expertise. He said we should get the furnace tune-up every couple years due to the age of our furnace (13 years). We appreciated the tips he gave us on maintaining the AC and humidifier. The price was reasonable for the work done. We would definitely use them again.

Howard, from Four Seasons Air Specialists, had previously come to my home to provide me with some estimates for various models of furnaces and air conditioners, new thermostat, as well as a new water heater. All of the items were original from when my townhome had been built, which would make them approximately 18 years old. My water heater had recently been leaking and the air conditioner had broken down late this summer. I had decided that it was time to replace everything before winter. After reviewing all of the materials that Howard had provided to me and discussing all of the information with him, I made my choices of products and the installation date was set for September 26. The installation crew arrived very promptly at 8:30 A.M. that morning and began removing the old equipment. There was an additional vent pipe installed through the roof due to the new requirements of the high efficiency furnace. The new furnace, air conditioner, thermostat and water heater were then installed and hooked up. One of the installers showed me the instructions and how to set the thermostat. The heating and cooling was activated and tested. A plumber hooked up the water heater and explained the hookups and the settings to me. Howard stopped by the job in the morning and again in the late afternoon when the installations were almost completed. All of the installers were exceptionally courteous and professional and willing to answer any questions that I had. At the end of the job, they vacuumed up and cleaned up any debris that was left behind, leaving my home as clean as before they had arrived. I was very pleased with my new Heating and Cooling system, as well as my new Water Heater. The professionalism and courteous manner of everyone at Four Seasons Air is exceptional !

When I called to report my air conditioner wasnt working, the women who answered the phone had me check various things so that if it turned out to be any of these simple things I could fix myself and there would be no need for their service. It turned out not be be any of those things and the repair guy was at my house with in 30 minutes. It was 90 degrees that day so I am sure they were busy. He fixed the problem within 10 minutes. I was very happy with the service and the price. We will be contacting them next spring to replace our old air conditioner

I don't know the exact date of when the work was done (maybe a year or two ago), but the reason for writing this review late is that I'm on Angies List to look for another service provider to resolve my problem as i can no longer self mitigate.
I was having a water drainage issue with my furnace; basically on hot days, my furnace would build up some frost and would then proceed to dump the melted water onto my basement floor. The furnace is old and the drain tubes are in pretty rough shape. It was likely a clog or a rusted drip pan. I did my own testing to verify the clog wasn't with the tubing but was internal to the furnace. I could not verify any rusting myself. Called up Four Seasons and they seemed nice enough on the phone. A gentalman came out to do the service work. Ignoring my assurances that the clog wasn't with the tubing but was internal to the furnace, decided to blow some air through the tubing and stick a screwdriver through various hoses; never opening up the furnace to look for the problem. After about 15 minutes of work, claimed he was complete, did not verify the working order, charged me $99 (the minimum service fee) and left. Problem persists to this day. I was so outraged that this was the quality of work done and that I will never have this company over again. At a minimum, they should have replaced the tubing and plastic bits (~$25at your nearest hardware store). I thought about giving them another chance but I'm not even going to try.
Lady on the phone was friendly. Service guy was lousy.

Had I known about sooner, we would have done whatever necessary to make the situation right with you like we do all of our customers (see other reviews). If you are still having trouble, please call me personally and we will work with you to make it right. Jsyk... the a-coil drain pan is likely rotten and water is leaking thru to the furnace. The rust also is a likely contributor to the drain line plugging as well. As far as the freezing is concerned, the most common cause of that is a plugged air filter or a lack of refrigerant in the system. The new unit was installed in the basement. When the house was built it was placed on the third level and Four Seasons made it work for me. I was going to be on vacation when this installation occurred and a family member was here for me. Having the unit moved to a different location without me here was a bit unnerving but it all worked out great. I would definitely use them again in the future.
