"Jeff is the best! we went on vacation and unknowingly brought back bed bugs from Iowa. 9 days after we returned my daughter and I started getting bites and 3 weeks from our vacation I found a tiny bed bug in my shirt. I freaked out and called jeff who calmly had me send him a picture of the bug on my shirt. Sure enough he confirmed it was indeed a bed bug. I hadn't slept in days and Jeff was very patient and understanding. he came out the next day and heat treated the house and we have been bed bug free for almost a month now. if you ever have this horribe experience with bed bugs Jeff is the guy to call and take care of it. very impressed.
