Best nest installation pros near Apple Valley, MN

"Both times he arrived on time and did excellent work. The door installation was more difficult. I had picked up the wrong type of door, so he went back to the store with me and helped me pick out the correct door. Then he had to widen the door opening a few inches to install the door.. He did a great job on the door installation. I think his prices are very much in line with what I was expecting. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him as a handyman to others!"

"Stacey did a great job installing a new attic entry for my house. Easy to communicate with and got the job done efficiently as well. Nice guy to chat with as well!"

"Installed new combo boiler - water heater. Good price and service. Accommodated project concerns and completed work in a day."

"Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

"EXCELLENT! Jenny installed the door. She's very knowledgeable. I trust Jenny and will be hiring her again for any future jobs that might be needed around my home. It's great to work with a handy woman!"

"Haley and Jonathan did a great job of installing two doors and trimming the inside/outside of a previously installed sliding glass door. Excellent work."

"The contractor lives in our area. We asked for an estimate. Scott came over gave us options & opinions & listened to what we had for ideas as well, he gave us a fair estimate for both jobs. Built the deck & installed, garage door in a timely manner. Everything was done to our liking & what we asked for they cleaned up & were respective to our yard & personal things, everything turned out wonderful & looks great."

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
and flowing water sound near the small deck.
The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.

We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Sky did a great job installing the security camera and then stayed to help us get it hooked up with Wi-Fi which meant a call to Xfinity. The work was very professional, Sky was friendly and I would hire them again!"

"Larry did an absolute fabulous job with everything, especially the install of the screen door.  The opening was less than perfect but Larry made sure the door fit to perfection.  He was also able to fix the soffit so it's now back in place and replaced the piece of siding so it should not come down again.

Larry also was able to give me a bid to finish a bathroom project that I've started and am unable to complete on my own.  The bid is extremely reasonable and Larry and I decided he'll be back to do the job this Fall.  I can't wait and know he'll do an equally a great job as all the others he's completed already."
