"5 Star did a great job on our on suite shower replacement in one day! Didn’t think it was possible! Took everything down to studs and replacement went in smoothly. True craftsmanship and they did an excellent job on post installation cleanup! We had one issue with a leaking shower control valve post installation and they replaced the valve no questions asked. Project was expensive but I would certainly recommend them for the same type of work!"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"The entire remodel was a great experience. Our home is over 30 years old and when my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s the bathroom was no longer sufficient. The team came in and assessed my husband’s needs and tore out the old bathtub and put in a walk in shower. Raised the toilet and placed hand bars. They were in and out, the installers were respectful and clean."
