I wanted to get my sump pump discharge changed from tubing to hard pipe outside. They wanted to charge $60 for a driving fee, $250 for “diagnostic fee”, and then charge whatever the work is. Diagnostic fee on what? Nothing is broken. I need some PVC installed. They don’t even credit the diagnostic fee towards a repair, they just rob you of $310. What a joke.

They did an excellent job and know exactly what needs to be done whether it’s old plumbing to new and what the code standards are for your city/state. The team worked extremely well together, were quick to assess the project, great knowledge base and the job went smoothly and on time.

David arrived on time and provided us a good review of the costs for the work we needed completed. He made sure that everything was working before he left. he did discover that one of new waterlines was leaking after he put it on and then replaced it. Completely satisfied with the work and will definitely use them again.

The repair went very well. It was an emergency job since water was spraying everywhere from the bathtub faucet, and the only option was to turn off the water main. The leak occurred on a Sunday morning. I called TJK plumbing, and they had a plumber at my house to fix the leak within an hour and 30 minutes. The plumber did a great job! I will use TJK in the future for any plumbing work.

We have used tjk three times now so we knew the quality of the work would be excellent. We had next day service. Josh was very friendly and professional. He gave us a quote for the work and also for some additional work that needs to be done. We will definitely request Josh to do the work next time also.

We went to turn on our sprinkler system from in the house and all of a sudden water was flying. Called TJK plumbing around 8 am and they were here by 11:00. Brad showed up and found the leak, replaced everything that need to be replaced. Brad was very knowledgeable, explained every detail, told me an amount before he started to fix the problem. After he was done, he showed me what he did and he explained it. He showed me the old parts that were leaking and no good. Brad was very professional at his job! We will hire TJK Plumbing again, no question about it.

Josh from TJL Plumbing did an excellent job. Work was professional and done cleanly. This was an emergency call for help on a Sunday morning. TJK answered the call and had a tech at my home within an hour. Repairs were done within 2 hours. I would highly recommend Josh and TLK and will use them again in the future!

I messaged TJK through Angies in the morning before I left for work - he called me back within an hour and scheduled the work for the same day. The technician (Josh) showed up as scheduled. He fixed the handle without any trouble. We also requested them to give us a quote on replacing a kitchen sink. Josh provided the quote, took pictures and measurements in case we wanted to proceed down the line. He also suggested we check out a granite place as our counter is granite and they apparently also do sink installs. This is the third time we had TJK at our house, for different things. They are always punctual, professional, polite, and they do a great job. I highly recommend them and I wll use them again.

Great Experience! We just moved into a new neighborhood - in a very marshy area. Always anticipated we’d get a back-up sump pump, but... Day 3 we had an extremely heavy rain, followed by a 3 minute power outage in the middle of the night which woke up my wife. She didn’t go back to sleep - certain the bottom floor would be flooded. We called a suggested plumber, which in turn... suggested TJK Plumbing for this work. Checked the reviews and found good comments. Brad showed up to provide an estimate - on-time, and capable of providing and explaining my options. I had previously researched pricing, so when Brad finished... we gave the go-ahead. Very reasonable pricing, expert service, and... my wife sleeps again. Highly recommend.

On time. Was also going to connect a refrigerator to water but labor to install was very expensive. Plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job. Very satisfied with overall experience.

My 20 year old water heater was slowly dying so I sent TJK Plumbing an e-mail requesting information about replacing it. They responded the same day and were out the next day to take a look at it. Once it was determined that it wasn't fixable, the guy worked on removing the old hot water tank while another delivered a new one. They were very familiar with Mpls codes concerning the size requirements and the installation, The plumber first showed up at 10:30 and by 2:30 I had a new working hot water tank. They were awesome! The work area was cleaned up and the plumber was very professional and knowledgeable! I'd definitely hire again.

We had a main drain clog around 5:00pm, couldn't flush, shower, etc. We called a couple of plumbers we've used in the past and no one could come that night. Saw TJK Plumbing reviews on NextDoor neighborhood site. We called and they said they had to finish up a project and would come after that. We didn't have to wait too long when Rupert called and was over in 5 minutes. Rupert was very friendly and polite, explained what he was going to do and he had us unclogged in less than 30 minutes! He cleaned up and said he would come back in with our bill. He came back and the entire bill was LESS than what another large plumbing company was going to charge us just to walk in the door! I messaged TJK on a Sunday. They got back to me within a couole of hours and I made arrangements for them to come out the following day early. He arrived on time. After looking at it he recommend replacing a seal. He said it wasnt needed to replace the faucet. It took him maybe 20 minutes to do the assessment and the fix. This is at least the third time I have used TJK. They are just great. They are on time, they dont fix things that arent broken, they are polite, they clean up, and the cost is reasonable.

JT got both jobs done as quickly as possible and did them well. The sewer clean out replacement (done in preparation for work on our concrete slab) required digging out around the old tee and chiseling away some concrete to allow access, and he made sure to keep things neat and tidy. New tee and sewer clean out access look great, and he ran water for a good amount of time to ensure that the seals had taken properly. Capping off the old gas line was done before I even knew it, and he made sure that our gas water heater was back online before leaving, even reviewing with me how to light it as he did so. JT made sure to give comprehensive estimates for both jobs beforehand, and gave advice on a future project (basement bathroom renovation and bringing previous owner's sub-par work up to code in surrounding plumbing) that we plan to have TJK out again for - specifically looked into the plumbing stack and let us know what we will need to have visible for them to give us a comprehensive estimate, since much of the work is hidden in walls right now, and the previous owner tied new work into existing plumbing in strange and unexpected ways. He kept me informed throughout the several-hours-long job, and was professional, knowledgeable, and kind to our cocker spaniel pup :-) Sewer tee clean out replacement and extension: $975 Capping off old gas line/removing old line from system: $225

Needed a new well tank quickly as the existing one was leaking and we were leaving for vacation in 2 days. Other plumbers quoted higher prices and 1-2 weeks lead time.
